Q:  Does everyone in the group have to participate?
A:  Yes.  This is blanket accident medical coverage and includes all participants and volunteer staff.

Q:  Do I need to submit a list of participant names?
A:  No.  The application only requires number of participants and the duration of the activity.

Q:  Can staff also be covered?
A:  Yes; however, only if they are ineligible for workers compensation.

Q:  How do I determine the number of participants if the number will vary from day to day?
A:  Calculate and provide the greatest number of participants that will participatn at any one time.

Q:  What if I have a camp with different dates scheduled throughout the year?
A:  An annual policy is written from inception of the first camp.  The number of participants is estimated with adjustments made after each camp is completed.
