The Youth and Adult Sports program is designed for sports teams, leagues and organizations.  Youth sports groups, teams, and leagues are eligible. 

What Activites are covered?

Coverage is provided during sponsored supervised travel directly to or from a covered activity and participation during a supervised covered activity.

Who is Eligible?

All participants of the group are eligible; participants, staff and volunteers. There is no voluntary enrollment; all participants and volunteers are covered. 

Benefits

Our Youth Sports Program offers flexible limits and deductibles and other unique benefits such as:

• All coaches and managers of the insured group are automatically included at no additional charge.
• There is no policy stipulation requiring first expense to be incurred within 26 weeks from the date if injury.
• Injury to natural teeth is covered as to the policy limit.
• We don't require a participant name list.
• New participants or members who join the group after the policy effective date are automatically covered.
• We pay usual and customary charges for services which are incurred due to accidental injury.
• We offer Primary or Excess Coverage.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment

AD&D coverage is included under the program to the limit specified.  The AD&D benefit pays a lump sum benefit for accidental loss of life, limb, or sight.
